Speak To Me, Inc. is a private speech-language pathology practice providing evaluations, diagnosis, and therapy to infants, children, and adults. We serve Cabarrus, Iredell, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Catawba, Caldwell, Alexander, and Burke counties in the Charlotte, NC area. For the comfort and convenience of our patients, we provide services in a daycare, at your home, or in our office.


Opening our doors in 2007, we began our work to meet the growing need for speech therapy in the Charlotte area. Our founder, Leslie Giambrone, had worked solo since 2003 but saw she could help more infants, children, and adults by adding new therapists to the practice and building a team.


Leslie has over 23 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She has traveled throughout Asia, Africa, and the Middle East with Operation Smile to help children and adults with cleft lip and/or cleft palate. Currently, she is on a Charlotte cleft palate team under the direction of Dr. Kapitan at Carolinas Center for Oral and Facial Surgery. Born with Tongue Tie herself and then having her son born with the same condition inspired Leslie to take the TOTS class to help others. Because of this specialized training, she can assess whether someone is a candidate for a procedure to improve feeding.

Lindsey Brushaber, MHS, CCC-SLP/L is a pediatric speech-language pathologist, mother of 2, and founder of You & Me Children's Therapy, PLLC. She provides private pediatric speech and language services to the birth to three population and school age population including pre-k through elementary school. She specializes in pediatric expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation disorders, and phonological disorders. Additionally, she works with infants, toddlers, and children with feeding difficulties such as issues with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, transitioning to solids, sensory feeding aversions, and limited food inventory. She focuses on play-based therapy and parent coaching to provide families with the tools they need to grow their child's speech, language, and feeding skills.

Lindsey is a pediatric speech-language pathologist with over 20 years of experience in school settings, home-based therapy, and outpatient pediatric care. She is PROMPT trained, GOMAP trained, and proficient in DIR® Floortime, using relationship-based, evidence-informed approaches to support communication, play, and feeding in young children.

We have a team of specialists (SLPs, CLCs, COMs) in the Permian Basin to help with lactation & breastfeeding, feeding, and speech/language, goals. Sessions are offered in-home, in-office, at schools and daycares, or online via telehealth.
