Our specially-trained pediatric therapists work one-on-one with our young patients to help them, encourage progress, and form lasting bonds. In addition, we work closely with physicians, parents, caregivers, and teachers with a collaborative approach to care to facilitate great clinical and functional outcomes. Our therapists work closely with each patient to create the best, individualized recovery plan. We are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential! At Ivy Rehab for Kids, we provide pediatric physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to meet the rehabilitation needs of our young patients, their physicians, and their parents. We go above and beyond when it comes to the treatment of our young patients, including offering virtual telehealth appointments and in-home therapy services. We are here to help with a wide range of needs. Our compassionate team is dedicated to helping your child achieve their goals and their full potential.

I’m Kate Manusos, a registered nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I currently support families during their inpatient stay at a local hospital and provide in-home consultations in the western suburbs of Chicago. Seeking new learning opportunities and staying updated on best practices in the lactation community is important to me as there is always space to grow.

I previously practiced as bedside RN for ten years in a Chicago Neonatal ICU - eight of those as a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Having a newborn in the NICU is undoubtedly one of the scariest experiences for a new family, but my favorite part of my time there was helping a parent bond with their baby. If they wanted to breastfeed - I was going to find a way to safely support them!

Early in my breastfeeding journey, I felt like no one was really listening to me and understood how much I was struggling. These experiences shaped my approach: listening to and acknowledging your experience and goals. Your breastfeeding journey is unique to you, and my hope is to give you the strength and confidence to see that you are doing an amazing job for your baby and family.

MarvelMyo & Speech Therapy serves patients of all ages with disorders of speech and language, feeding, and OroMyofunctional. We offer in-person evaluations through Dallas-Fort Worth and Teletherapy sessions.

Katherine E. Vo, DDS is a pediatric dentist, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and has completed training in the TOT's course as well as a graduate of the Tongue-Tied Academy. She is a member of the American Laser Study Club and utilizes the Solea laser for frenectomies as well as restorative dental care.

Meeting the needs of breastfeeding families

Katie Carney has 10 years experience working as a speech pathologist. Katie has received specialized training in pediatric feeding disorders, tethered oral tissues and orofacial myology. Katie provides in-home therapy for children from infancy through age 21.

Katie Henley, MS, CCC-SLP, is a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).


She graduated from the Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences & Disorders in 2012. She then earned a Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2015.


Katie has completed specialty continuing education including TOTS: Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty Training, Talk Tools Functional Assessment & Remediation of TOTS, Talk Tools Prevention of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders in the 0-3 population, Beckman Oral Motor, and SOS Approach to Feeding- When Children Won’t Eat: Picky Eaters vs. Problem Feeders. She has been practicing since 2015 in a variety of settings, including early intervention and pediatric outpatient.


Katie moved from Texas to Greenville early April of 2021. She is married to her husband Cody and they have a dog named Cedar. Katie enjoys yoga and is a certified yoga instructor. She also enjoys hiking, road trips, being outside, going to church and spending time with her family.

Katrina is an airway focused speech language pathologist and feeding therapist specializing in early intervention (birth-3 years old) and preschool age (3-5 years old), oral motor/feeding therapy (birth-12+ months), lactation support for families, and craniosacral therapy for clients birth-adults. In-person support located in Rockaway Park Queens, servicing Kings and Queens counties and virtual services.

Kaye is the owner of Minnetonka Pediatric Therapy Center, Speech and Language Pathologist, Certified Orofacial Myologist, and Certified Lactation Consultant. She specializes in working with infants who have trouble nursing due to tongue-lip tie and other oral motor dysfunction through adults with orofacial myofunctional disorders.
