Dr. Deanna specializes in pregnancy and pediatrics with special emphasis on feeding issues including lip and tongue tie, colic, reflux, sleep issues, and fussy babies. She provides care with chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, orofacial myofunctional therapy, acupuncture, visceral manipulation, lymph drainage, and TummyTime Method. She has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education for pediatrics.

Dr. Deb and her husband Dr. Joe have been the health and wellness experts in their area since 1999. Dr. Deb has had her Fellowship with the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association for nearly all of that time and has specialized in helping couples to get pregnant, prenatal care, and postnatal care, as well as, gentle and specific care for babies after traumatic birth experiences, with health or neurological challenges. Dr. Deb has a deep understanding and appreciation for physical, chemical and emotional challenges that must be taken into consideration in order to get and stay healthy and strong, allowing mama's to get pregnant and sustain a healthy pregnancy, to develop a healthy baby, and allow our babies and kiddos the greatest opportunity to grow up at their fullest potential. The Doctors at Sugar Hill Spine & Wellness are fully equipped to care for their patients with chiropractic care, cranial work, therapies, nutrition, functional medicine and refer out when there is a need, in order to achieve the greatest outcome for the person they are serving.

At Kempter Holistic Dentistry, we offer laser tongue and lip tie revision. We use a CO2 laser which allows us to release the tongue tie with little to no bleeding and no need for local anesthesia on infants. For children and adults, we offer a wide range of comfort options. We also give our patients ozone oil for post-op use that help decrease inflammation and aid in wound cleansing.

Dr. Heidi has been providing loving & effective perinatal and pediatric care to mamas, babes, and kiddos since 2005. I am a dentist who specializes in comfortable and supportive dental care of the pediatric patient and their care givers. I love the detective work of looking at patient's growth, development and function and helping my patients find providers who can help foster areas of deficit to reach their full potential and functionality. All this while promoting a good experience and lots of smiles. :) Collaboration with other health care providers affords me more knowledge and fulfillment in my work. I have 4 children, it definitely has taken a village to help raise them. Same goes for the kiddos at the office. From newborns to adolescents, we offer a full range of preventative and treatment solutions. At Children’s Choice, you may see our team using laser dentistry to help infants with feeding concerns, one-year-olds arriving for their recommended age-one visit, young patients coming for Orafacial Myofunctional Therapy to improve their airway, or college students on break stopping in for an orthodontic adjustment.


Orthodontic Smile Solutions
Orthodontic treatment becomes a consideration around age 7. This early approach can help direct proper tooth positioning and/or jaw growth, eliminating or simplifying the need for later treatment. Dr. Bailey is a board certified Orthodontist specializing in comprehensive orthodontic treatment options to help your child achieve a beautifully healthy smile for life.


Laser Dentistry
Modern technology allows us to use highly precise laser treatments to treat common issues in children including breastfeeding difficulties, lip and tongue restrictions, and other concerns related to speech or long-term oral health.


Anxiety-Free Treatment
To help your child enjoy an anxiety-free and pain-free experience we offer a variety of sedation options including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, IV sedation, local and general anesthesia.


Myofunctional Therapy
Facial and oral muscle disorders can cause children to experience issues with chewing, swallowing, speech, sleep, breathing, breastfeeding, teeth alignment, facial development, and more. Our experienced clinician uses Myofunctional Therapy to effectively retrain a child’s orofacial muscles to correct and relieve functional issues while also enhancing their facial appearance.

Dr. Bouwmeester is a Family dentist who provides laser frenectomies for all age ranges; from newborns to adults. We are the main treatment center for infant laser frenectomies (lip and tongue-tie revisions) in B.C.'s Thompson/Okanagan region and surrounding areas. We have an in office R.N. IBCLC to help those who are struggling with breast/bottle feeding. We pride our self in providing companionate and comprehensive care as Dr. Bouwmeester knows the journey personally as both his daughters were lip and tongue-tied.

Dr. Lauren Dean is a board-certified pediatric dentist practicing in the Birmingham area. She utilizes a Solea CO2 laser for frenectomies and soft tissue procedures.

Dr. Michelle Wattier has advanced training in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care. She has a fellowship with the I.C.P.A. (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association) in pediatric and pregnancy care, as well as her Webster Technique Certification. The Webster Technique is a specific analysis and adjustment to be used during pregnancy to detect imbalances and optimize pelvic biomechanics in preparation for safer, easier, more natural births.
She is also the only chiropractor in the cedar valley to be certified by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics.


Her mission is to help as many pregnant women as possible achieve the birth they desire and empower them to make healthy, holistic choices for their entire family. Dr. Michelle Wattier is dedicated to bringing you better health and a higher quality of life by allowing you and your children’s bodies to function and heal the way they were designed to!


With this passion for chiropractic care for infants, Dr. Michelle has also been trained in TOTs (tethered oral tissues), and is excited to bring this needed specialty to her community.

Dr. Najmeh Hannanvash is locally known for her commitment and work on treating newborns, infants, toddlers, and children of all ages with lip and tongue ties with the used of advanced laser surgery. She is an expert in her field and is a preferred provider in Southern California.
