Ashley is the Owner of Perkins Therapy Group in Eunice, Louisiana. She has worked in multiple long-term care facilities, home health, early intervention, and private practice and treats ages across the lifespan from infancy to geriatrics.

Ashley Pilon is the Owner and Clinical Director at Redwood Speech and Feeding Specialists. She is a pediatric speech pathologist, feeding specialist and oromyofunctional therapist who is licensed in both Louisiana and California. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, non-profits, early intervention programs, schools ages K-8 and hospital speciality clinics, including both craniofacial and nasoendoscopy teams. While she has worked with children of all ages and abilities, she has specialty training in the areas of speech sound disorders, oral motor, tongue tie, tongue thrust, feeding, apraxia, stuttering, cleft/craniofacial disorders and Autism. She has been a three time recipient of ASHA’s ACE award (Award for Continuing Education) by earning more than 70 contact hours of professional development in a 3 year period. Trainings have included but aren’t limited to: Talk Tools Oral Placement Therapy, A Sensory Approach to Apraxia of Speech, Sensory Motor Approach to Feeding, SOS Approach to Feeding and it’s Advanced courses: SOS for Autism, Food Scientist Approach for School Aged Children and an additional three month SOS mentoring, PROMPT, Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, TOTs Specialty Training, Understanding the Oral Facial Complex. Ashley is in the process of getting her certification in Orofacial Myology through the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM).


All the therapists at Redwood have had specialty training in both tongue tie and oral motor dysfunction. The therapists work closely with other medical providers on your team (pediatricians, dentists, orthodontists, ENTs and other therapists) in a collaborative way to coordinate care and help you achieve an optimal result. I am a board certified and licensed professional with extensive continuing education in lactation, tongue tie, and Craniosacral Therapy. I specialize in pre and post frenotomy (tongue/lip tie release) bodywork for infants using an individualized approach for each client and family. I provide in office appointments at Indigo Physiotherapy, and limited home consultation.

Autumn R. Henning, MS, CCC-SLP, COM®, IBCLC is the Founder and Owner of Chrysalis Orofacial and a distinguished Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Orofacial Myologist, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. With a Master’s in Communication Disorders from the University of Kentucky, Autumn has extensive experience and expertise in orofacial function and myofunctional therapy. She is currently appointed and in good standing as an Assistant Professor within the voluntary faculty series in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Kentucky College of Health Sciences and was a Founding Board Member for the International Consortium for Oral Ankylofrenula Professionals (ICAP). A sought-after speaker and author, Autumn has trained thousands of professionals through her courses including TOTS Training®, The STONES Approach, The Pre-Release Paradigm, Plot the TOT, and Confidently Connecting for Collaboration.

Avery is a lactation consultant in Atlanta, Georgia with a passion for helping provide education and feeding support to new families. She has advanced training in identifying oral restrictions and helping to improve functional feeding outcomes in infants. Virtual visits are available.
