LGS Perinatal Services is a boutique perinatal wellness company focused on the nutrition of mom and baby. Our main offerings are lactation support, perinatal meal prep, and nutrition counseling.

We strive to provide gold-standard care in the perinatal period!

I am a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), and recent Master of Public Health graduate. I also have experience with Perinatal Mood + Anxiety Disorders, was formerly a peer support group facilitator, and have a special interest in perinatal nutrition.My over 5 years of lactation counseling experience and 7 years of lived experience informs the work I do and how I care for families.
