LGS Perinatal Services is a boutique perinatal wellness company focused on the nutrition of mom and baby. Our main offerings are lactation support, perinatal meal prep, and nutrition counseling.

We strive to provide gold-standard care in the perinatal period!

I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, board-certified lactation consultant candidate, and Master of Public Health candidate. I also have experience with Perinatal Mood + Anxiety Disorders, was formerly a peer support group facilitator, and have a special interest in perinatal nutrition. My love for cooking has led me to seek information on healing foods to offer meal prep services. My own breastfeeding experience of over 4 years combined also gave me great tips and tricks to help others.
