Taylor Grantham, M.Ed., CCC-SLP is the lead speech-language pathologist at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital, providing acute care, outpatient, and home health services to the population of Nolan County and surrounding areas. Taylor treats both pediatrics and adults and has special interests in pediatric oral motor, feeding, and speech sound disorders and tethered oral tissue assessment and treatment. She is a TOTS Trained Professional and has also received trainings in orofacial myofunctional disorders. Special care is taken when choosing a team approach for her patients and includes the process of doctor/dentist referral, full evaluation of concerns and symptoms, creation of plan of care, collaboration with medical team, assisting families find appropriate providers as needed, and treatment for oral motor, feeding, swallowing, communication, and breathing purposes.

Tiffany Steele is an ASHA (American Speech-Language Hearing Association) certified and Kentucky licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. She is a Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM®) through The International Association of Orofacial Myology. Tiffany is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC®) and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor-2 (CIMI®-2). As a TOTs trained therapist, she works closely with a care team to address oral function as it relates to tethered oral tissues. Tiffany’s specialized trainings include: SOFFI (Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants), GoMAP (Guided Oral Movements with Active Patterning), Sequential Oral Sensorimotor (SOS) approach to feeding, Mealtime Miseries, & Food Chaining,

Tiffany holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is a licensed SLP in the state of South Dakota.
She has completed countless hours of post-graduate certification courses in the specialty areas of craniofacial disorders, orofacial myofunctional disorders, tethered oral tissues/tongue ties, manual therapy for the orofacial complex, oral motor dysfunction and skills, breathing function, and orofacial pain and TMD (temporomandibular joint disorder), training with a variety of leading organizations and professionals including The Breathe Institute, Tongue Tied Academy, Fast & Functional TMD, Buteyko Method, Talk Tools, MyoMentor, and the IAOM. Tiffany is also a certified Breathing Coach, a registered adult and children’s yoga facilitator (E-RYT200, RCYT), and a Yoga Alliance Continued Education Provider (YACEP). She is a dedicated and passionate life-long learner.
Tiffany is a member of ICAP (International Consortium of Ankylofrenula Professionals), IAOM (International Association of Orofacial Myologists), AAPMD (American Academy of Physiological Medicine & Dentistry) and is a Myo Munchee Certified Practitioner. She is on faculty with MyoMentor. Tiffany is also appointed to the Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology for the state of South Dakota.
She completed her Master’s degree at the University of South Dakota in 2012, and is both a former SLP LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and other Related Disabilities) Trainee and a former Autism LEND Trainee, where she trained in the Sanford Children’s Hospital Specialty Clinics in addition to her graduate practicum and clinicals. Tiffany is a member of the 2019 ASHA Leadership Development Program cohort.

Tiffany is a speech-language pathologist and orofacial myofunctional therapist pursuing board certification through the IAOM (COM).
She co-owns Dakota Speech and Swallow Center, serving the Black Hills of South Dakota and surrounding areas.
