Emerge Pediatric Therapy
Emerge Pediatric Therapy is a multi-disciplinary clinic offering: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and orofacial myofunctional therapy services. There are two clinics located in Durham and Cary, North Carolina. Relationships have been established with several local related providers (Pediatric dentists, Orthodontist, TMJ/sleep specialists, and more) to allow for more seamless patient care coordination.

Danielle is a licensed a speech language pathologist in the state of Virginia and a active certified member of American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). She became a PROMPT© Certified Instructor in 2012. Danielle received her Master’s degree from University of Tennessee – Knoxville and Bachelors from James Madison University. She has worked for the last 23 years in early intervention, private clinics and school settings. Danielle enjoys working with a variety of children who have diagnosis’ in childhood apraxia of speech, developmental delay, motor speech disorders, receptive-expressive language disorders, sensory integration delays, oral-motor feeding disorders and a variety of genetic disorders. She has additional training in SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) approach to feeding and Orofacial Myology.

Speech therapist in rural MN with greater than eight years experience. Greater than 43 months (& counting!) personal breastfeeding experience as well as four courses now completed on breastfeeding and speech-therapy. Located within Ecumen nursing home, I have both a private office as well as a designated mother’s room. Our therapy department was newly constructed in 2014 and includes a therapy pool for use by all disciplines.
