Cathy has actively practiced dental hygiene since 1977 with experience in the specialties of periodontics, pedodontics, prosthodontics and in general practice. Cathy also spent 10 years in dental hygiene education at the UTHSC San Antonio. Her will-rounded background and interest in airway and breathing disorders led her to expand her career into the field of orofacial myofunctional therapy, a perfect opportunity to use her considerable experience to reach even more people. She finds it rewarding to work with people of all ages and with varying orofacial myofunctional disorders. Her personal approach helps motivate her patients to achieve their individual goals.

Celina’s passion is providing parents with the tools, information, and support they need during the fourth trimester, and being an instrumental part of increasing their confidence as a new parent. She prides herself on her adaptability to support the needs of a new, or changing, family. Her postpartum practice focuses on maternal and infant mental health, respectful interactions and respectful parenting; practices she incorporates into her personal life as well.
Celina truly believes that parents have an intuition when it comes to their children; she believes in harnessing that and creating functional routines and systems that work for each individual family. Her approach towards her clients revolves around responsive care for both the newborn and the family, and she has an attentive and caring nature that gives parents peace of mind that their child(ren) will receive expert care while educating them on how to give their baby the best possible start in life.

Chan Luong-Shin is a board certified Speech-Language Pathologist, licensed in the state of Texas. She has experience working with children who have varying degrees of challenges such as articulation disorders, phonology processing disorders, fluency disorders, intellectual disabilities, developmental and social language delays, tethered oral tissues, oral motor impairments, orofacial myofunctional disorders, feeding delays, and expressive and receptive language disorders.

Chelsea Miller, M.S., CCC-SLP

Chelsea Miller has been helping children find their voices since 2017! She is a speech-language pathologist at Ivy Rehab for Kids in Grand Haven, Michigan, where she provides therapy to children ages 1 to 18, addressing challenges in speech, language, fluency, voice, and cognition. Ivy Rehab for Kids offers comprehensive care, including speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and ABA services to support children’s development.

Chelsea is PROMPT trained, specializing in developing speech motor skills, and has completed the TOTS Training® course, enhancing her expertise in assessing and treating tethered oral tissues. She takes a family-centered approach, emphasizing the importance of caregiver involvement in fostering carryover and skill development beyond therapy sessions. Chelsea tailors each session to the child’s individual learning style and motivations, creating an engaging, play-based environment where meaningful connections support lasting progress.

Dr. Chelsee is excited to serve the Mandeville community! After her own chiropractic success story, she decided to dedicate her life to improving and transforming the lives of her patients through all natural chiropractic care. Dr. Gravley finished her undergraduate degree at Southeastern Louisiana University, and went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life University. With a passion for pregnancy and pediatrics, Dr. Chelsee is trained in TOTs (tethered oral tissues) and is ICPA Webster certified, a technique that focuses on balancing and restoring the pelvis during pregnancy. She travels the country to continue to educate herself on how to better serve the pediatric population. She is determined to help grow healthy families in our community!
