We are a multifaceted pediatric dental practice located in Houston, Texas. We are excited to announce opening of the Houston Tongue Center, an area next to our office dedicated to diagnosing and treating tethered oral tissue. Our approach is shaped by our belief that patients deserve to be treated in an efficient manner with as minimal post-op discomfort as possible. We also firmly believe that releases are a team approach and find the best success when therapy happens before and after these procedures. We use the state-of-the-art Light Scalpel, a CO2 laser which releases tethered tissue efficaciously and with less post-procedure pain or wound contraction compared with other types of lasers. Bri Kurcsak, MS, OTR/L is a dedicated occupational therapist with a passion for promoting children's health and development. She earned her master's degree from Belmont University in Nashville, TN, and has over 17 years of experience in her field. Bri's expertise extends to various specialized areas, including infant and toddler feeding, pediatric pelvic floor therapy, sensory and motor development, and the relationship between wellness, nutrition, and healthy sleep habits.
Currently, Bri operates her own private practice, Flourish Carolina, located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Additionally, she is a proud partner of Curious Fork, a brand committed to empowering parents in fostering a healthy lifestyle and nurturing innate curiosity in children.


As a mother, Bri has faced and conquered numerous challenges on her parenting journey, including newborn feeding difficulties, seizures, sleep apnea, and coping with chronic illness. She proudly draws upon her resilience and determination both at home with her two boys and in her clinical practice. Bri firmly believes in the transformative power of nutrition, quality sleep, and attention to the nervous system in shaping children's development and overall well-being. Her dedication to children's health and her own experiences as a mother have uniquely equipped her to make a lasting impact on the lives of the young ones she serves.

Illuminate Pediatric Therapies is a neurodiversity affirming pediatric therapy practice serving the greater Baltimore area with a special focus on early intervention. Services are offered in home, in the community, and via telehealth. Briana Gilliams, M.S., CCC-SLP, received her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Towson University. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a variety of settings including public schools, early intervention, and private practice. Her passion is working with pediatrics, especially the Birth to Five population, and their families.


Briana has completed advanced training in the areas of communication skills for Birth-5, play and routine-based therapy, pediatric feeding disorders, tethered oral tissues (tongue, lip, and buccal ties), orofacial myofunctional disorders and parent and caregiver coaching.

Britt Pados is a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Certified Lactation Counselor at Infant Feeding Care. She works with babies and their families to support breastfeeding and bottle-feeding. She also works with babies to manage gastrointestinal symptoms, weight gain concerns, and colic.

Britta has extensive experience working with both pediatric and adult populations across various settings. She has earned certifications in the SOS Sensory Feeding Protocol, the Beckman Oral Motor Protocol, hippotherapy level 1 training and further specialized training in Gestalt Language Processing and Literacy Development. Most recently, she has received training in myofunctional disorders.She is thankful to work with a wonderful team with a variety of specialties including feeding, OT, PT, and pelvic floor.
