My practice focuses on infant feeding difficulties, including tongue tie, oral motor disorders, as they affect breast and bottle feeding. I am a registered Craniosacral therapist with more than 35 years using CST as an adjunct to my skills in treating oral motor dysfunction. In addition I am certified in Neurodevelopmental Treatment.

Hi! We are Katie and Kelsey and we are both RNs and IBCLCs. We share a passion for educating and caring for families. We have a combined 15+ years experience providing postpartum care, newborn care, and lactation support. We provide in-home lactation consultations in the Richmond, VA area.

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Lactation Counselor, dedicated to supporting families through all different feeding experiences through pediatric outpatient services. I specialize in infant feeding through the introduction of solids. I work with families to identify underlying issues and create feeding experiences that work for them and their values. I have received additional training in SOS, TOTS, SOFFI, and various courses related to breast and bottle feeding.

Steele Lactation, LLC provides in-home and virtual lactation and infant feeding support. I combine my 15 years of experience as a SLP along with my lactation training to best serve families with infant feeding. My non-judgmental and compassionate approach ensures that you feel heard and supported throughout your breastfeeding, pumping, and/or bottle-feeding journey.

I have practiced in the area of pediatrics for the past 36 years both in inpatient and outpatient settings. My love is working with infants and children with feeding and developmental challenges. I utilize approaches and interventions such as CST, MFR, Beckman, and SOS. I am part of a dynamic team of OTs, PTs, and SLPs that have a passion for helping children and families.

Kimberly Wand is an infant feeding therapist, mama, and the owner of Feeding Tiny Tots. She began her career as a speech-language pathologist over 10 years ago and has worked in a variety of settings, including the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Throughout her career she has developed a passion for educating families and making sure they feel supported throughout their feeding journey. After having her own baby, she realized how difficult it can be to find professionals who look at the whole picture, which led her to opening Feeding Tiny Tots.


Feeding Tiny Tots provides in home evaluations and therapy for infants and their families demonstrating feeding challenges. Their mission is to educate and support families through a holistic approach and developmentally supportive care.

As a mother of 4, she brings compassion and a personal touch to infant feeding and lactation management. She is a Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs) trained SLP who works closely with a multidisciplinary team to address pediatric feeding difficulties and oral motor dysfunction.
