I'm a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Jackson, MS. I currently provide communication and feeding services for children 0-3 through our Early Intervention program. I also work closely with a pediatric dentist 2 days a week in Clinton, Mississippi. Our goal is to provide a collaborative and specialized level of attention and care for children with oral placement disorders.

Courtney received a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy in 2016. She is an NBCOT and AOTA board certified, and Kentucky licensed occupational therapist with a specific focus in pediatrics. Courtney specializes in tethered oral tissues and feeding with a certification in TummyTime! Method. I'm so happy to have taken this training and further my expertise in this area to help all babies, children, and families reach their full potentional and live the best quality of life possible.

Courtney specializes in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating orofacial myofunctional disorders, articulation disorders, developmental delays, reading/writing disabilities, language disorders, social skills, phonological disorders, and stuttering. Courtney was recently honored as a Top Healthcare Provider in Alexandria!

Courtney’s practice is perfect for those seeking general pain relief and relaxation, anyone recovering from surgery or injury, as well as infants and mamas in their postpartum periods. She offers Massage Therapy, Reiki, Breathwork, and Integrative CranioSacral Bodywork sessions for adults, as well as Pediatric CranioSacral Therapy. While her Pediatric clients are primarily infants navigating the tongue tie process, she also has experience with Nervous System regulation, head trauma, and orthodontic issues with older kids.

Crista has 3 years experience as a Speech Language Pathologist at Baton Rouge General Pediatric Rehabilitation Center. She enjoys working with children of all ages, but especially enjoys working with babies 0-12 months. Her expertise includes speech- language and feeding difficulties related to Tongue Tie/Lip Tie/Buccal Tie (pre/post surgery), prematurity, complicated case histories including NICU stays, selective eating, and transitioning from bottle/breast to purees and/or solids. She has interest in lactation as well as the impact of oral motor deficits on speech sound production.

Cristi is a pediatric speech therapist and certified lactation counselor dedicated to empowering breastfeeding parents and babies in a supportive, stress-free environment through comprehensive prenatal education and postpartum problem-solving. She provides ongoing care as families transition from hospital to home. With a strong medical background in pediatric hospitals and NICU settings, Cristi brings expertise in oral-motor assessment and feeding skills across all ages. Families can trust that they’ll be set up for success—both in their breastfeeding journey and in supporting their baby’s age-appropriate development.

Dr. Bender is a general dentist that is airway focused. She is Zhagi trained and has a myofunctional therapist on staff.
