Stellar Speech Therapy

The owner, Arielle Gates, is a mother of two TOTs babies and has a passion for helping support parents throughout their child's feeding and speech journey throughout the lifespan.
We see clients in-office in Alexandria, and in-home in surrounding areas.

Dr. Ashley Tynan was the first Kentucky dentist to ever become TOTS certified! She maintains a small but mighty Linguadontics practice in beautiful Lexington, Ky and sees patients age newborn through adult for laser frenectomies and functional frenuloplasties with local anesthesia. Serendipity Dental values a holistic approach to treating TOTS, and will help every patient assemble a TOTS team that fits their unique needs and situation. Virtual consultations are available, and shadowing opportunities are also available for speech therapists, body work professionals, and lactation consultants who wish to learn more about how we can serve their clients. We provide next-level care and insist on giving our patients and families the very best experience possible!

BodyWorks Therapy Specialists
Ashley is the Owner and Clinical Director of Bodyworks Therapy Specialists. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Florida. Following completion of her Masters, she was accepted into and completed the 8-week intensive certification in the NeuroDevelopmental Treatment Approach (NDT). In 2016, Ashley became the first physical therapist in the Southeast region to receive training for diagnosis and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. In addition to treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders, Ashley’s specializations include correction of breathing impairments in patients across the lifespan, craniofacial pain management, sleep, and TMJ dysfunction. She believes multidisciplinary treatment planning is vital to a patient’s plan of care and well-being and strives for collaboration between all providers. Ashley currently serves as adjunct faculty for the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at LSU. She is a member of the APTA and LPTA, NDTA, AOMT, AAMS, AAPMD, and is a Gold Lactation Delegate. Ashley’s mission is to continue to learn everyday with passion to enhance the lives around her. Her goal is to help patients to breathe, eat, sleep, and move better so that they become the best version of themselves.
