Bryanna Schwarting M.S. Ed., CCC-SLP

Bryanna Schwarting M.S. Ed., CCC-SLP earned her Bachelor's degree from University of Florida in Sociology and Master’s degree from Old Dominion University in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She is licensed in the State of Virginia and certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) where she currently holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Bryanna specializes in treating adults with neurological impairments affecting swallowing function, voice, communication, and cognition. Bryanna's clinical interests expanded to feeding and myofunctional therapy after becoming a mother of her two sons with tethered oral ties. She firmly believes in identifying the root cause of oral dysfunction to achieve proper oral rest posture, eliminate oral habits and restore proper chewing and swallowing patterns. Bryanna has been practicing speech since 2018 with individuals across the lifespan within various settings including skilled nursing facilities, continued care retirement communities, long term care, assisted living facilities, memory care units, schools and pediatric private practice.


Her dedication to functional, evidence-based, person-centered, and holistic care sets her apart from other Speech-Language Pathologists. Bryanna's compassion, vivacious energy and ability to connect, allows her to build trusting and long-lasting relationships with her clients.


In her spare time, you'll find Bryanna being a birth doula to close friends, spending quality time with her sons and husband, attending church, or practicing yoga.
