Hub City Lactation is dedicated to empowering families by providing bilingual personalized, compassionate, and evidence-based lactation services in Spartanburg County, SC and worldwide via TeleHealth. Whether it’s a new mom navigating the early days of breastfeeding or seeking ongoing support, we are here to support and guide our community every step of the way. We offer a range of services including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, prenatal education, and more!

Owner Nicole M. Vazquez is a native Spanish speaker and offers consults in both English and Spanish. She has undergone extensive training in assessing and managing lip, tongue, and buccal ties (TOTS), oral motor habilitation, and complex breastfeeding challenges. Special interests include tethered oral tissues (tongue/lip/buccal ties), complex oral motor function, oral function habilitation, older babies with unresolved feeding challenges, and breastmilk supply management.
