My name is Kayla Tinsley and I am passionate about helping individuals improve their overall health and wellness through Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy. I received my Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy certification through the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT).

My background is in Dental Hygiene with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and a Master of Public Health. Through my clinical experience as a dental hygienist, I have consistently witnessed the long-term effects that narrow airways, mouth breathing, malocclusion, and restricted tongue mobility can have on oral and overall health.

My passion for becoming a myofunctional therapist and founding Growing Smiles Myofunctional Therapy stems from a desire to educate others about the important connection between airway health, proper breathing, tongue function, and overall wellness.

My goal is to provide personalized, supportive care that empowers each individual to improve their breathing, sleep, oral function, and long-term health.

I work with both children and adults with in-person and virtual visits available. I look forward to meeting you and working together to create a customized plan that supports your unique health goals!
