East Berlin Smiles is a dental practice in rural south central Pennsylvania with an emphasis on comprehensive care of TOTs patients of all ages. Dr. Lorena Cockley is a published author with articles on the subject appearing in several trade magazines and has lectured on the subject internationally. Anyone who thinks that TOTs is a new fad, is certainly mistaken because Dr Cockley was a TOTS patient herself with her release in the first week of her life! She has expanded her interest by opening the PA Tongue-Tie Center, encompassing supportive therapy for tongue-tie patients.
