With over 25 years of experience, Tricia delivers quality care and results for her clients. She evaluates skills, provides diagnoses, develops goals/objectives, implements individualized treatment plans, and tracks progress. For continuity of care, she collaborates with physicians, orthodontists, dentists, and other professionals to help her clients reach their targeted goals and objectives.In addition to providing articulation therapy, Tricia specializes in orofacial myofunctional therapy, providing treatment to school-aged children and adults. Treating orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMDs) requires specialized training and specific knowledge of the function of muscles of the face and mouth. Supporting this specialty, she is a member of and receives ongoing continuing education from the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM), and the Academy of Applied Myofunctional Sciences (AAMS), and training from the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT) — multi-disciplinary organizations for professionals providing specialized treatment for Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders.
Tricia holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is nationally certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the state of Oregon.
