Kendra Clerkin Males

Kendra Clerkin-Males is a licensed and American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of professional experience across various age spans with advanced, specialized training in the evaluation and treatment of Orofacial Myofunctional Disorders. She regularly attends professional learning opportunities to be abreast of current research and practice in addition to the certifications and training.


She is the owner of Speech Spot located in Midlothian, Virginia. Speech Spot provides Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy in person and virtually to children 4 years of age and older, adolescents, and adults in the state of Virginia. Structural and functional assessments of tethered oral tissue and pre and post-release therapy for neuromuscular re-education are also provided. Speech Spot facilitates and encourages collaboration with dentists, orthodontists, ENTs, and bodyworkers on behalf of clients to maximize desired outcomes.
